I am photographing convivència, the dynamic and often surprising tapestry of interconnected village life. 

For decades I have photographed the ever-evolving rituals of human interaction and communal gatherings, adaptations of ancient yearnings for connection. The scenes are elemental, fundamental, and unique.

The core of my current work delves into the imaginary realm, challenging what we think we know. The painter Cecilio Sanchez and his wife Omi Perez brought me into this vision, guiding me into this otherworldly space where forms dissolve into the inexpressible.
