Wars not only uproot life, but also love, joy and hope. The crisis created by the invasion of Ukraine by Russia has broken down families and communities. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are fighting to defend their country, millions have fled their roots and homeland to seek refuge while others stayed to defend their nation and many just opted to hope for the best decided to face the siege, whichever was the decision they all became victims of a senseless war.
