It was a usual Sunday evening, until our PM Narendra Modi, implemented an immediate nation-wide lockdown to deal with the pandemic of COVID-19.
Overnight, the entire population of 1.38 billion was confined to their homes, and my life curbed to my building in Mumbai.
This series was shot from a vantage point; the rooftops of my apartment complex.
Spending 28 years of my life living in the same place, I barely noticed what was around me. The lockdown forced me to develop this vision and shoot a variety of stories from three storeys above the startling calm of my usually hustling city.
