José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, is the leader of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, a criminal organization that disputes control of Guanajuato with the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel, and has turned the state into the most violent in the country.
In Mexico, in the small towns like this where Marro lived; Santa Rosa de Lima, far from the cities live these drug traffickers and they recruit all the people, men especially as hitmen.
