Life in Malo Polje, a remote mountain village near Han Pijesak, Bosnia and Herzegovina, told through three generations: a grandmother who has lived through two wars and the dissolution of Yugoslavia, her son, and her grandson. An IMT tractor, once a symbol of Yugoslav industrial ambition and a status beyond reach, is still in use. A pot that fed the family for decades now feeds the dog. She who set everything in motion is slowly coming to rest, while all that she built continues to move.

Ognjen Borovina has been capturing the world through his lens since 2013. A passionate lover of sharp and precise photography, he documents stories from five continents: Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America, capturing people, nature and culture. Co-founder of the Photo-Cinema Club East Sarajevo, he actively contributes to photographic culture in the region. A special place in his work belongs to Malo Polje, a mountain village near Han Pijesak in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, his birthplace and the source of his deepest inspiration.
