Mosul: On the periphery of the frontline

These images were taken over a ten day trip to Mosul, Iraq. My focus was to document human stories on the periphery of the frontline - to capture honest accounts of those directly involved in the fighting, as well as the people caught in the middle who invariably suffer the most.
