Eroica di Gaiole in Chianti

L'eroica di Gaiole in Chianti is one of the most famous vintage competition in Italy. It takes place in the Chianti region, between Siena and Florence, every year in october, since 1997. With its four courses, it runs trough the most famous tuscan vineyards, mainly on white roads. People from al over the world comes to ride this "granfondo" every year.

Nicola Ughi is based in Lucca (Tuscany, Italy). Working in corporate photography, industrial reportage and portraiture. Not impressed by blood, he usually work in hospitals and surgical theater for medical and scientific reportage. Official photographer for the ice cream italian maker “Sammontana”, Ughi also works for important italian heavy and production industries, shooting pictures for catalogues and websites. He’s now well know for the project #SEDIAROSSA where he use to portray italian Vips.
