From piety to solidarity
During the coronavirus crisis, together with the rector of the parish Peio Sánchez, eight people confined in the temple have lived in the parish of Santa Ana (Barcelona). All of them previously homeless.
Before the month of March, Santa Anna offered food every day for about 150 people. With the coronavirus pandemic, the parish serves lunch, lunch, and dinner to more than 250 people. This is an evidence of the social emergency behind the health crisis we are experiencing in Barcelona (Spain)
