Trees in Hokkaido, Japan during winter

Benny was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. During his university time in Bandung he started to learn photography which turned to be a serious hobby. He’s been traveling to take pictures, writing travel articles for some magazines and running his Jakarta-based wedding magazine.
Traveling and photography have become his passion. His first photography exhibition was held in Jakarta 2005, Tibet – A Journey to Share. As a photo enthusiast, he still believes in the quality of celluloid that keeps him still taking pictures with films. He uses different format of camera, depending on the condition and the expected outcomes.

Monochromia Botanica is his first photography book. He is currently working for an oil company and based in Singapore.
