The Siamese fighting fish, Betta splendens, are native to Thailand
where their breeding began more than 600 years ago. Their name
comes from their aggressive nature making it impossible for two
males to cohabit. This bellicose character is exploited in its
country of origin, where fights are organized for gambling
purposes.

Laurence Kubski is an art director, graphic designer and photographer working mainly in the editorial and advertising fields. She studied at at ECAL / University of Art and Design Lausanne: Master in Art direction (graduated 2015), Bachelor in Graphic Design (graduated 2010).
