Paradise

Paradise is a series created for a fashion client Kanchi Kamakshi silks. The inspiration behind the series is Apsara, a type of female spirit of the clouds and waters in Hindu and Buddhist culture.

Paradise imagines an Apsara stepping down from clouds onto the earth and eternally becoming a statue on a temple.

The series has been shot on the foot of great Himalayan mountains at an altitude of 12000 ft.
