SURVIVE BETWEEN TWO SHORES.

February 28, 2020, Turkish President Erdogan announces the opening of borders to refugees, at least 13,000 people flock to the Greek border in the Pazarkule buffer zone or in makeshift camps like in Doryan, where the Evros river forms a border nature between Greece and Turkey. In Greece, the government has suspended asylum applications for a month. The refugees are crammed into the 5 camps, already saturated in hot-spot's islands. On Samos, 7000 refugees live alongside the 6000 inhabitants of the city of Vathy. On Lesbos, there are 18,000 crowding in Moria, the largest refugee camp in Europe.
