The Golden Eagle Hunter

The Golden Eagle Hunters are a group of nomadic people who live in the Altai regions of Western Mongolia. The eagles are hand picked from eagle nests, and then raised and trained from a young age. The hunters form a deep bond with their eagles, and use them as a tool to hunt while riding on their horse backs. The eagles are only kept for a few years before being released back into the wild in order to continue their cycle of life.
