Still in love

I followed this old couple for more than 5 minutes, strolling over a funfair.
The whole time they stayed poor in poor and she held him by his jacket.
At some point they stopped for a moment and that was when I had the opportunity to take my photo.
I deliberately wanted to show only this scene, not the faces, not the surroundings. This scene expresses everything for me. And I wanted a clean photo that played with the curiosity gap.

Born 1971 in Hannover, Germany.

I´m a quite slow photographer, because I´m visually impaired. Candid photography is not my preferred discipline.
I´m doing street because I have to. Composing a stage and waiting for the decisive moment is my favourite way to work.
I love to play with light, colours, forms and lines of the city landscapes in relation to the human being. And if the shot is not only well composed but also tells a story or conveys an emotion, I´m quite happy with it.
