This is a picture of the spiral stairway at the Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto designed by Frank Gehry. The picture was taken from the ground level looking up into the curves of the stairway as they make their way through to the top of the building. Viewing from underneath the curves look like the outer-flow of wind in a storm, drawing inwards to the center - "eye".
