Dolphins

Dead dolphin bodies conserved at Pelagis, the scientific observatory in La Rochelle, France. In the first 3 months of the past year they have collected hundreds of corpses on the beach. They were some of the thousands that arrive every year on the French coast. Climate change is one of the biggest threats facing dolphins today. Changes in sea temperature, acidification, the decline of food sources and the fishing industry are threatening the survival of dolphin populations.
