The Mother preparing foods for her family on the Pilgrim Camp in Ganga-
Sagar, a Hindu pilgrimage in India. Every year on the day of Makar-
Sankranti (14 January) Millions of people gathered to take a holy dip on
the confluence of River Ganges and Bay of Bengal. Walking in the beach,
night before the holy dip, is a mesmerising experience to observe these
sacred people. To me it is a lively canvas of natural arts and an ancient
culture of Hindu devotees.
