These images are the beginning of a collaboration with my oldest
son pertaining to imagination, performance and identity of
revealing other personalities within childhood.
Tammy Boyce is from a large family, predominantly female in which she draws a heavy influence in her art practices.
Currently residing in Melbourne her art practice explores the connection to the
sub-conscious state of dreaming, memory, loss and identity through the passage of healing.
As a mother she is impacted by the female psyche and the strong significance of imagination in childhood and the importance of connection to the Australian landscape, while also sharing moments to give hope and empowerment.
