A Long Day's Journey into the Fentanyl Night

There are many lost and forgotten people in my Vancouver, Canada, downtown area, as is the case in many North American cities where capitalism trumps social conscience.
Homeless, these two are travel companions - Dennis is still coping as best as he can, collecting cans and bottles, while Alex is faceless and no longer owns anything except an extra shoe for which he has use.
