"Miaoli Bombing Dragon Festival" is a lively Lantern Festival celebration to welcome the New Year. Later, the "Bombing Dragon Festival" was deified into a "welcoming the dragon" activity, hoping that the dragon would bring good luck, peace, blessings and a good harvest to people. "Bombing the dragon" means using firecrackers or bee bombs to blow up the dragon to drive away evil spirits (or get rid of old forces) and welcome the new year.

Jeremy Lin (Lin Jer-Yi), born in 1974, from Taiwan. Love to take photos of different sorts during the trip. Into arts, music, nature, culture, history, geography, travel, photography, sports. Love sharing wonderful things with people from all corners of the world.
