In “A Modernist Lunchbreak “ I show business people eating their lunches on the go.
Therefor I’ve created abstract spatial compositions, populated by surreal figures - Using collage I turn people into marionettes on a theatrical stage.
With a certain ironic elevation I explore the contemporary sociological phenomenon of societal control through generated desires.
In this case the control of basic needs such as food and drinks and all it’s socio-cultural implications.I continue to explore the subliminal effect of colours and repetitive demonstration. Both inherent principals of marketing
