The morning sun gradually rises and illuminate the room. Elderly people in the village are starting their day with a cup of tea and a cigarette. This kind of slow pace lifestyle is peaceful, calm and desirable for old people.
Joe Lai, a self-taught photographer from Taiwan, has been interested in art since he was a child and has won many international drawing competitions from childhood. Through formal training in the fields of art and design, Joe got further developed his artistic eye and continue to absorb aesthetic ideas in the university.
In recent years, Joe begins to explore the camera as a creative tool in his spare time. Through a period of trials and errors, he quickly becomes interested in portraits and wedding photography. Over the years, Joe has won more than 120 international awards including, IPA,
