Connected

As I move into a new phase of life called empty nesting, I am drawn to working on images with sentimental content. This image is from a recent trip to Botswana with my husband and three children, entitled "Connected".

Pamela Pauline is an Australian photographic artist whose current practice centres on still life compositions featuring native flora and fauna, with a particular focus on threatened species. Drawing on a background in portrait and landscape photography, her work blends classical art historical references with contemporary environmental narratives. Pamela has exhibited widely and her work has been featured on Gardening Australia numerous magazines. Through photography, she advocates for biodiversity conservation and ecological care.
