As to why for the name I think most people would agree winter is often associated with cold nights and nostalgic monochromatic landscapes , beautiful yet somewhat depressing. What I was trying to achieve using the intriguing medium of artistic expression that is photography is to give some color to the colorless give some life to that perceived as lifeless.
