Fran’s photo paintings have been exhibited widely, both locally and internationally, and are in many private collections as well the permanent collections of major museums. Her photo-paintings are imbued with her interest in psychology and art history and her many years of drawing and painting. She resides in New England, spending much of her time on the Outer Cape with its special quality of light. She is an Affiliated Scholar at the Women’s Studies Research Center, Brandeis University. Her 2nd major book. "The Rest Between Two Notes, will be released by Unicorn Publishing, Sept. 2019.
