Jericho, Palestinian Territories - March 15, 2010: School girls from Bethlehem enjoy a ride at the Spanish Park during a class trip to downtown Jericho which is believed to be the oldest inhabited city in the world.

About Photographer

Philip Cheung (b.1979) is a photographer currently based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Philip relocated to the Middle East in 2007 and has worked extensively in the region on commissioned and self-initiated projects. In 2010 Philip was selected as an emerging photographer by the Magenta Foundation and was chosen to exhibit his work at the 2nd Lumix Festival for Young Photojournalism in Hanover, Germany. He was also awarded by Communication Arts, Photo District News and American Photo 26.
