Norwegians like their privacy and yet some peoples' curiosity can be obsessive… Many times I have looked at windows and wondered what's going on behind those curtains. So my project is an attempt to unravel mysteries.
Ole Marius Jorgensen is a fine art photographer based in Oslo. He combines humor and a Norwegian brand of surrealism in his images and finds his inspiration in old folk tales and Nordic sagas. He likes to shoot in the sparsely populated mountains of the Northern regions. Many of his iconic images reflect the dreams, hopes or fears of his countrymen.
