Villacarli, beauty salon

Villacarli, is a small village close to the spanish Pyrenees. Before the summer comes the village turns in a particular beauty salon. During a couple of days more than 900 sheeps must be sheared. This ritual is at risk of disappearing due to depopulation of sheeps. Villages like this one represent the struggle to keep the countryside traditions alive in balance with their cultural and historic legacy.
